Terms and Conditions

I hereby acknowledge and confirm the following:
I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined for availing services from Dubai Health Care Consultancy. By replying this declaration, I, confirm my agreement to the terms of service provided by Dubai Health Care Consultancy, with the Head Office located at Kanju Chowak Mingora Swat Pakistan.

Declaration of Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Agreement

    Dubai Health Care Consultancy will render services as per the specifications and needs of the 2nd Party, including Health Authority Registration, Dataflow Verification, and License Exam Booking in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

  2. Request Submission

    The 2nd Party is responsible for reviewing and ensuring their application details are accurate before submitting them to Dubai Health Care Consultancy.

  3. Authorization for Dataflow Application

    The 2nd Party authorizes Dubai Health Care Consultancy to proceed with their Dataflow application and acknowledges their obligation to settle the Dataflow fee upon payment due. Failure to comply may result in legal action (Civil/Criminal) in a competent court of law.

  4. Document Verification

    Dubai Health Care Consultancy will review all submitted documents for consistency. The 2nd Party is required to promptly address any inconsistencies or furnish additional documents as requested by the Dataflow team.

  5. Additional Payments

    Any additional fees required for degree, diploma, or license verification by the licensing authority, university, or college will be communicated to the 2nd Party. These payments are the responsibility of the 2nd Party.

  6. Verification Delays

    The verification process may be delayed if the 2nd Party does not meet Dataflow requirements or if relevant organizations fail to respond promptly to inquiries.

  7. Responsibility for Verification Outcomes

    Dubai Health Care Consultancy bears no responsibility for unverifiable or negative Dataflow reports. Verification outcomes depend on the documents provided by the 2nd Party and the responsiveness of the relevant authorities.

  8. Assistance with Appeals

    Dubai Health Care Consultancy will assist with the appeal process in the event of a negative or unverifiable Dataflow report. Necessary information/documents must be provided promptly for resolution.

  9. Exam Approval

    The 1st Party cannot guarantee exam approval. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant health authority.

  10. Licensing Officer Requests

    The Licensing Officer may request additional documents or verify existing ones during the application review. The 2nd Party must cooperate promptly to ensure smooth processing.

  11. Application Outcomes

    Approval or rejection of applications to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Health Authority Abu Dhabi, Dubai Health Authority, Ministry of Health and Prevention, Oman Medical Specialty Board, Qatar Council of Health Professionals, and other health authorities is at the discretion of the licensing officer. Dubai Health Care Consultancy holds no responsibility for rejections but commits to assisting throughout the process.

  12. Services Charges Payment Terms

    The 2nd Party agrees to pay 50% of service charges upon submission of the Dataflow application and the remaining 50% upon issuance of the Dataflow report. If exam materials are requested post-dataflow application, 80% of service charges are payable upfront.

  13. Exam Materials

    Exam materials are provided free of cost for candidates opting for License Registration through Dubai Health Care Consultancy. However, availability may vary for certain medical professions.

  14. Additional Documentation Requirements
    • Candidates for DHA and DOH registration must provide a Secondary School Certificate and BLS Certificate.
    • SCFHS registration candidates must submit experience letters issued within 3 months for Mumaris Registration.
    • The Health Authority and the DataFlow team may request additional documents or information. It is the candidate's responsibility to provide the requested documents and information.
  15. Refund Payment Policy

    The candidate is bound to follow the refund policy as per the regulations of Pearson Vue, Prometric, Dataflow Group, and the relevant Health Authority for which the registration has been initiated.

  16. Acknowledgment

    I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above. I understand that compliance with these terms is necessary for the successful processing of my application.
